Addition new Jigs parts no. (move from old line to new line )  auto welding by FANUC robotic Interface HMI (GOT 1000 series)
Used PLC Mitsubishi (Q06 series) communication with CC link system and interlock to portables Spot machines

And another line used YASKAWA robotic auto welding
CC link communicated 4 robotic interface by GOT 1000 series and PLC Q06 interlock to manual Spot portables

Tempering furnace ( Trouble : temperature swing high and low +5 degree and trend graph not ramp when changing set point)

PLC modify program for temperature adjusts to auto tune system by PLC (Fx series) used HMI Proface 4301 series
